Tawny
Our Tawny is made from Late Picked Shiraz from our estate grown vineyard at Coleambally in the Riverina with the grapes are fortified with spirit made from Shiraz wine. Aged in oak barrels for 8 years the Tawny has an appearance of deep garnet brown with a khaki rim. Aromas are of sandalwood, vanilla and walnut leading to flavours of Christmas cake nuts and dried fruits. The spirit adds extra complexity to the palate giving a warming that lingers on after consumption.
