Made from the highest quality grape musts and wine ingredients, grown on our family vineyard in Coleambally, Riverina.  Our Australian balsamic vinegar Riverina is barrel-aged for two months to deliver an intense flavour.

There is nothing like the simplicity of good, gutsy drop of vinegar with a little Dijon mustard for a piquant kick. This classic vinaigrette is a kitchen cupboard essential. A few, precious drops can transform salads, bring out the vim in pasta sauces and the vigour in risottos.
