Starting at the southern end of the route, you won’t venture far before finding Yarrow Park near Coleambally. Chat to Bruce while you taste estate grown olive oil, olives and boutique wine (bookings essential).![]()
A little further north near Visit Griffith, don’t miss a tour of Catania Fruit Salad Farm. You can take a bus ride around the farm (pictured) and find out more about the variety of crops grown in the region and on the farm. Along the way, sample fruit and nuts grown on site and they also produce jams, mustards, prunes, pickles and traditional Sicilian preservative free wine.![]()
Break up your journey with a stay at Corynnia Station in the Carrathool Shire Council area, a little off the Kidman Way between Griffith and Goolgowi. It’s a 17,000 acre busy working property with a few accommodation options to choose from.![]()
Just outside of Visit Cobar, you’ll find Meralda Station with eco camping stays and glamping accommodation. Enjoy the outback with a cosy campfire at the end of the day under the starry night skies. ![]()
At the northern end of the Kidman Way near Visit Bourke is Mount Oxley at Rossmore Station. Enjoy 360-degree views with a picnic on a day visit, or maybe stay the night in camping areas or rustic Shearer’s Quarters accommodation (permits required for all visits).![]()
