This variety of extra virgin olive oil grown in the Riverina originates from Tuscany in Italy. This variety of olive grown well on our Yarrow Park olive grove.
Olives are cold pressed within a few hours of harvesting. We have selected the timing of the harvest of these olives to give us a mild oil with grassy, delicate peppery and pungency characteristics with a mild sweet palate
