Coratina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
This variety originates from Italy.
Olives are cold pressed within a few hours of harvesting. We have selected the timing of the harvest of these olives to give us a robust oil. The oil has fresh, strong green herbaceous bitter herbs characteristics with nutmeg, lavender and vanilla giving an elegant pungency to a lovely clean fresh complex oil.
